John Stockton is number 1 in all-time assists and steals in the NBA he is one of my favorite players ever just by how hard he played and made everyone on his team better. Maybe the reason why he has been forgotten in history is that he never won an MVP or won an NBA final but that can't be true because there are so many other players who haven't accomplished nowhere near as much as he did in his long 19-year career, in those 19 years he only missed 22 games and that may sound weird in today's league where load management is one of the NBA's biggest problems where players are just taking time off whenever and don't want tp play.

John Stockton just like so many other players who play similar to or play the game of the past seem to only get forgotten more and more and when they are banged up people believe that players of the new generation would just destroy them if they play in today's era and that is just not true and i think it would be the other way around.
